7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school sucks they tell you one thing and do another. As they started allowing to students exempt from exams they only recognized the students who have A’s in their class making any others feel like their success doesn’t count if you’re not top of the class, they try to take your parents to court for missing 10 days throughout the whole year but over look the kids who miss half the year. They are extremely rude to the children and show no sense of knowledge to include the black community and only wanna see them fail. They make sure they as black people we don’t get far and try to hire 2 black principal who could care less about the students. They tell you that your are exempt and don’t have to come to school but try to take you to court for not being there unbelievable.Student Review10mo ago4 Reviews - Calhoun Primary School

"Same town where everybody knows everybody and their business. It’s mostly city people that can’t drive and it’s over crowded. "

"I was born and raised here in Calhoun, Ga. and I currently live in the very house that I was raised in from age 5 and up. I live in a well established neighborhood within the downtown historic area of Calhoun. Almost all homes in my neighborhood were built in the 1950’s - 1970’s, which many residents are the same people which built the houses originally. I feel it’s a safe place to raise a family and somewhere that you can feel safe enough to stay at home alone all day and night! Calhoun is full of History, has an awesome School District for both sports and academics, and an extremely low crime rate."
