"Nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Very nice homes. The neighborhood is not very old, but it appears most people are past the raising children. More like college and older children. "

  • Joyclyn Jenkins
"There is not a lot of new neighborly community things that goes on around that neighborhood, but they do have a lot of bad stuff that people can get into downtown, which is close by"
  • Cori P Martone
"The St Patrick’s day parties and parade every year is always a blast, we have everything a little community needs within walking distance so theirs always people out and about!"

"That’s a park around the area nice neighborhood and quiet and nice school shopping area job and community center especially event weddings and salons bakery "
  • Timm
"It’s a 20 or so years old neighborhood, but everyone is friendly, there is one way in and out (so it’s pretty secure), and there’s a small lake (about an acre) in the back of the neighborhood that people fish and runners and bikers can include in their run/ride. "
  • Headpnut416
"Family friendly, Shenandoah Subdivision is a great place to live. Within our subdivision there is a BREC Park, Shenandoah Elementary, Green Trails Subdivision, Southern Oaks Athletic Club with pools and tennis courts. Our subdivision is surrounded by many great sit down and fast food restaurants, grocery and drug stores, churches of many different denominations, movie theaters and automobile repair shops. St. George Fire Department is a mile away and they drive around Shenandoah Subdivision with Santa on the back of the fire engine and his helpers throwing candy. Shenandoah has the convenience of a big city with a small town feel. "
  • KIMBERLY
"Great place to live and raise kids up keep of the neighborhood is great. Very quiet neighbors are helpful "
  • Lara

"There really is no grass to walk dogs unless walk about a 1/2 block by the stores where there is a field but by the time u get there the dogs have used it… so that’s pointless! Also very unsafe I have spoken to a neighbor and her first dog was stolen from her small fenced area…so soon as I can I’m moving"
  • Leason3
