This is a 2 story unit. 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Building has an elevator

Wood burning stove in living room (but unit has baseboard heat in all rooms)

Only 16 units in the building with nice neighbors

Covered parking for 2 vehicles

Smallish designated storage unit in garage

2 built in storage units on the deck

Shared bike storage in front entrance of the building

There is a communal/shared very well maintained jacuzzi in the back of the building, very private

Front entry has a code, so very safe

Landlord pays for water & snow removal

Other utilities are not included. The
condo runs on electricity (no gas)

No smoking in condo or on deck. No parties, this is a quiet building
