People take great pride in their homes and lawns, which makes the entire area feel beautiful and well cared for. It feels safe enough that early morning solo runs before sunrise are no big deal, and you’ll often cross paths with neighbors walking their dogs. Kids play outside, which says a lot about a place. The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."

I recently had a tree farm in my yard and someone visiting a neighbor on my block, called the police department for me and notified me right away during the storm."
