6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is the beginning of 2025-2026 school year and fourth year our child has attended E. Rivers (3rd grade now). Our child is happy, likes th teachers and has friends. There is a wonderful cultural mix of students, white, black and Asian. It provides a rich environment. Being white and from Europe we really like the diversity. Parent involvement is very high and there are many ways to get involved - one-of volunteer opportunities to more in-depth involvement - all are welcome. The school staff all appear to be well organized and led by the principal and are all on the same page. No gossiping or complaining, but very professional, hard working and always available to meet with parents. The PTA is active and provides a great deal of communication with the home through twice weekly newsletters, school-wide picnics, car wash, international dinner events and many other events. The facility is modern, well maintained with subject specific classrooms to fully engage the students. There is plenty of outdoor space for recess and recreation. Kiddos, the afterschool program on-site is well loved by the students and always full shortly after registration opens each year. We have been very happy with E. Rivers and feel we have a gem for our local elementary school.Parent Review8mo ago23 Reviews - Sutton Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe never-ending and problem laden pursuit of diversity is alive and well at NOAH. The school has an outstanding facility and has many programs to help a variety of students with different interests. The problem is diversity just isnt a strength and it shows here like everywhere else. Different ethnicities experience the constant tension and suspicion that all races do when forced to mix. This leads to numerous challenges that I won't get into here but its not a win for anyone except bureaucrats and politicians.Other Review6mo ago33 Reviews - Check out schools near 1820 Peachtree St NW #1101.

"If you run a kennel type business like Rover, MAA Chastain is the place to be. Right by the big Chastain and has its own dog park for pups. Seems tolerated by staff so thumbs up 👍 "

"I've lived and worked in Virginia Highlands for almost 50 years, renovating houses, apartments and building houses. It's been a great ride watching all the changes, in housing shifts and demographics. I'm not sure if I could think of a better or safer place to be. "

"“Leave Early” is an old Atlanta Proverb. Traffic is always somewhere and it will find you. Carpooling is encouraged, MARTA also has its benefits but it needs more work. A car is unfortunately necessary."

"I am close to 85 and 285, however, I prefer to take the street way if possible. If I have to go downtown, I will take Northside Dr or other streets that will keep me out of Atlanta’s traffic. "
