Too many new teachers - they give handouts for morning work and then sit at their desk..grades 1st and 2nd - the Kindergarten teacher is amazing! Little teaching as "in the old days". Most teachers turn their lights off to control the hyper kids. So children that behave are in very dim light all day doing work! Punishment in early grades...."move your clip down". Not effective to those that know the system. They behave just before parent conference is met! My child got lice in 2nd grade from sharing head phones! They are NOT honest about the teacher/student #...Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade so far have 25 children in a room to one teacher. Not 17! Had issues with child being bullied which they indicate on their website they do not tolerate. Told by Principal and Vice Principal to get use to it; that is how life is!

"We have lived in Chickamauga for over 10 years now and love it! I have lived in the surrounding areas my whole life and this is definitely the friendliest, safest, and all around best place to raise a family in the area!"

"We moved here from Colorado after doing the profile of the city. It is historic, beautiful surrounded by mountains, close to the cutting edge city of Chattanooga, and has the hometown charm that we missed in the big city. Friends are keepers here. People care."
