    It’s about a 7 mile drive to get to our property from HWY 66. 3 miles down Hyde Park Rd then a left on Stump and 4 miles down that road. The property is located on the right hand side.

    Views of the mountains and plateaus from the property. The road is off of HWY Route 66. Mile Marker 117.

    Kingman is 1 hour from property with Home Depot, Walmart, grocery stores, gas stations, libraries, restaurants. Flagstaff is about 1.5 to get to which is a bigger city surrounded by national forest and of course all the amenities. Seligman is 30 min away which has laundry, library, market,
    restaurant, gas stations, usps. Peach springs is 10 minutes away which has USPS and gas and also market.

    Grand Canyon
    caverns is located two miles from the dirt road which has a well you can fill up large amounts of water for 5$ everyday. Also has restaurant and small market.

    There is a 3000 gallon water holding tank which is located next to the cabin. 5000 gallon water military bladder as well (new in crate). No well or septic on property.

      "WOW!!!!! Incredible! When you think of Arizona you think of expansive desolation of desert. This is not that! On rolling hills and small mountains you find yourself surrounded by juniper trees and complete silence. No traffic, no sound of trains, no overheads planes. A place to getawy from it all and yet you feel so complete and one with nature. My goal now in life is to retire there!!!! I SO fell in love with the area! I can't get it out of my mind! I long to be back!! I really do!! And you're so close to Seligman, a neat little town you would just imagine would be on Route 66, Flagstaff which is convenient in it's many facilities and so beautiful with it's higher elevation ponderosa pine trees. And the incredible Grand Canyon and My God I absolutely fell in love with the area!! I just can't stop thinking about it!! I SO want to go back and never, ever leave again!!!!!!"
