7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI repeated KG for my son from after a private school since we newly moved to Westlake. I was amazed at the curriculum and the teachers . Teachers keep the kids on their toes and encourage them to achieve higher goals constantly without the stress that similar moms complained of with their kids in a famous private school in cleveland. They would send home homework for the whole week and had a steady growing curriculum to help parents follow even at home with the kids. I realized that I got more here without paying the thousands of $$ I was ready to pay for in a private school. So happy I gave this a shot. I loved the variety of after school electives available to the kids too from chess , sports , Chinese , music , mad science. List is endless Will continue my son in Bassett .Parent Review11y ago4 Reviews - Lee Burneson Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated from this school and I was SO HAPPY to have graduated. Please note that this is just what I noticed when I was here. There were a lot of problems that staff members refused to fix within the school, including:1. Lack of help for those struggling with mental health and truancy (in other words, the "counselors" yap about themselves the whole time).2. Lack of real education (Many of the kids are gifted but the teachers don't teach. They just make you memorize everything for tests).3. Lack of safety (MANY school fights involved running, fist-fighting, using utensils as "weapons", etc. It's a pretty dangerous place here).4. Uninclusive residents (Parents and staff members are making rules against LGBTQ+ students, students with disabilities, etc).5. Extreme bullying (MANY kids bully others. It is a severe problem. You are either a bully or you get bullied. There is no in-between).6. Staff do not stop bullying or fights (During fights, they just stand there and when bullying takes place they literally notice it and do nothing. Sometimes, they even laugh or egg on the bully).I hope they improve their school because my time there was the worst and lowest time of my life. I genuinely thought I wouldn't be alive to graduate.Other Review1y ago13 Reviews - Dover Intermediate School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have 3 WHS graduates. Because of his experience at WHS with the curriculum and staff, our son was offered direct admission into an architecture program and was also offered a scholarship. On the other hand, our daughter needed the assistance of an intervention specialist. WHS was very accommodating and she is now also thriving in her career.Parent Review5y ago2 Reviews - Check out schools near Center Ridge Rd.

"Many streets have sidewalks that people seem to love to walk their dogs on. A lot of the apartment complexes are dog friendly and supply poop bags along with dispensaries. Many store fronts offer bowls full of water to keep the pooches hydrated."
