About this House

Updated traditional Colonial featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 4 season porch (all glass), and deck with built in benches and natural gas grill in University area on a Cul-de-sac (which is also off a side road). - - - this house is NOT on Mill Plain, it's a side road OFF Mill Plain and then from that side road is another branch with a culdesac. (If I put the exact address people will just show up and this is by appointment after I have spoken with you first, I know you understand but you will get the exact address after we talk).

NOTE: that is NOT a photo of the house - I don't know how that got there but I can share a photo of the nice colonial in a residential neighborhood.

Oh, did I mention this house TWO master bedrooms? Each with not only a full bathroom but a walk-in closet and one has a make up area, room for an office desk, a skylight and ........a terrace with a sliding glass door.

Other features include 2 attics, large kitchen, laundry on main floor, automatic generator for the entire house (or about 90% of it), nice landscaping, 6 zones for heat (natural gas), and both master bedrooms and the living room have wall units for AC (lots of shade so the house doesn't get terribly hot).

Please note the 5th bedroom is in the basement but it has an interior door, a closet and 2 windows so it's definitely a bedroom or you can use it as an office or extra room whatever you prefer.

The garage is large enough for an SUV and tools & toys and the driveway you can park a 2nd SUV and still have room to turn around. The cul-de-sac has room for guests to park.

Stainless steel appliances, one bath has a tub, whole house alarm, newer boiler and hot water heater (also natural gas), lots of outdoor lighting, living room fireplace with a hot water heater, large dining room big enough to seat entire extended families, kitchen is also eat in with a built in table w/ stools (actually can fit 2 tables), ceiling fans throughout, hardwood in kitchen, carpet throughout remainder, some of basement would not be considered completely finished but there is heat and lights!

On 1/3 acre and has a relatively private front yard and a much more private backyard (abuts wooded area).

Rent includes: Alarm monitoring fee, annual maintenance for the generator, annual exterminator service, weekly garbage removal including recycling, and service contract with the gas company for the boiler and for the gas piping (repairs and routine service). House is cable, landline, and satellite ready, Tenant is expected to pay for all utilities (natural gas, electric, water, sewer and of course tv/internet/phone service) and all repairs that the landlord is not legally obligated to pay for (details will be made clear in the lease).
