  • Trulia User
"Don’t know about this area as it is new to me. Just found a home that I really like. Have never lived in this area before but it looked like a very safe and inviting neighborhood to move into."
  • Trulia User
"It nice and the way the snow be falling in the evening makes me wanna live here forever other than that the food good in the area and the shopping straight"
  • Trulia User
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 2 years and it’s a great place to raise kids. Very safe and neighbors are very nice and helpful."
  • Trulia User
"There are a lot of people who do not pick up after their dogs; however there are a lot of friendly dogs and dog owners"
  • Trulia User
"Great area to take the dog for a walk. There is a park, urban trail, lots of open spaces and near the forest."
  • Trulia User
"There are a lot of college kids and some family games… The sidewalks are very narrow and can be kind of scary to walk on them with the kids with traffic sometimes. A lot of people drive too fast on this road"
  • Conniegig
"This neighborhood is a mix of retired people and families with kids. Streets are narrow and there is a lot of traffic. You can hear the air traffic from the airport and traffic on the freeway."
  • Pbreslau
"Traffic in Flagstaff is congested and difficult mostly throughout the day. Coconino Estates itself does not have a traffic issue."
  • Richnpriscilla
"Lots of trails nearby to walk dogs. However no one picks up after their dogs so other dogs are always pooping in other people’s yards. "
  • Ashley C.
"Mostly college kids some families. Small community park and walking distance to downtown and NOrthern Az university"
  • Emily M.
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years. My husband and I love the urban vibe. Steps away from restaurants, workout centers and a grocery store!"
  • Tyler G.
"Like the long walks and friendly neighbors. Great scenery and lots of sticks and branches to throw around."
  • Jennifer D.
"Great it’s right where you need to be to not be to far fro where I drive In flagstaff. It’s great. To be only 5 to 10 mins away from work "
  • Jenny M.
"I've lived here for 3 years and the neighborhood is super quiet and safe. There are plenty of stores to walk to. It's great to be able to walk to the grocery store! It definitely doesn't feel like your typical mobile home community. It's cheap to live here, but everyone takes pride in their homes. Great place for people with families and for retired people too. The lots are huge and there's tons of trees for privacy. It's right on the side of a mountain, so there's lots of wildlife and hiking trails around the community. "
  • Unspecified
"This is a great neighborhood. I want to buy a home here. It is away from the hustle and bustle in the city and the views are wonderful."
  • Howardkatharina
"Super close to hiking and biking trails. Los of families live here. It’s a great neighborhood to raise children. "
  • Ange M.
"Nature paths are accessible and everywhere, lots of dogs in area but neighborhood stays clean. have never seen a stray dog here. "
  • Kate J.
"Feels like a small town, everyone knows each other and looks after each other. The people are so kind!"
  • Lorenzo A.
"it's a quite neighborhood and peaceful. everyone around is nice so far. great for the kids to be around and play without any trouble."
  • Erika W.
"I love living here! I have lived here for about a year. I always feel safe and love how close it is to stores!"
  • Kelly A.
"Love it! It is the best neighborhood we have lived in and we are now looking to buy in the same area."
  • Jmcvachon
"No sidewalks so in winter can be icy or snowy streets , which you must share with cars so can be difficult in winter."
  • Tyler C.
"You shouldn’t live here unless you’re retiring, there’s literally nothing to do for the youth other than going out to eat. Cost of living is through the roof and the flagstaff community only cares and builds for collage students. Larger families that have lived here their entire life are and have been moving out because it’s not affordable anymore. "
  • Klh487
"Lynwood is spelled Linwood. It’s a lovely neighborhood would large lot sizes a lot of trees, making it quite and serene. "
  • Johnphoffmann
"Close to parks and high school. Some mini dorms in area. Mini dorms can be loud. Also, there are a lot of short term rentals. "
  • Gnaifeh01
"We have the Country Club that offers golf, swimming, gym and tennis. The neighborhood is safe, friendly and quiet. "
  • Chatelainholly
"Ice cream social. Good sidewalks. Well maintained homes. Close to everything in Flagstaff. Great place to be. "
  • Toni_avina
"Friendly people who are always willing to help, beautiful homes and scenery. Will definitely come Back"
  • Sabina
"Great people, shopping, outdoor spaces - what’s not to love? Having the university nearby provides diversity and amenities. The climate can’t be beat. "
  • Rickb1
"Flag is growing. The only thing they need to get a handle on is traffic. Otherwise I love Flagstaff. "
  • Trulia User
"Many dog owners in the neighboring Grove Apartments do not clean up after their pets. Pets always feel welcome in this community however."
  • stellarussell
"The commute to downtown is short and easy. There are few delays and freeway access is close by. Flagstaff has a small town feel, but offers larger city conveniences."
  • Ruyle20
"There are many kids in the area and lots of great parks. There aren't any sidewalks in our neighborhood so we don't feel too safe letting our kids walk around the neighborhood. "
  • Sharronlm
"Great area that has wonderful events for all the holidays as well as summer events for kids and adults also have pools and tennis courts and golf course "
  • Ryan P.
"It’s a nice area and I see people walking and hiking constantly when the weather is nice. A lot of dogs as well but they’re always kept on leashes."
  • voire dire
