This community is conveniently located off of I-95, and is very close to shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to the beautiful beach. Screened porch overlooking a lake is off of the family room. Use of the pool, tennis and basketball courts, workout room, and playground are included.

This townhome is unfurnished. A minimum one-year lease is required. Lawncare is paid by the owner. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant and include water, electricity, and waste management. Approval by the HOA is required and takes a minimum of 30 days after application. No parking is allowed on the streets, however, overflow parking is conveniently located. Applications should be submitted through Zillow and they will provide a complete credit check, background check, work history, and a criminal background check. First month's rent and one-month security deposit are due at signing. A $250 nonrefundable pet security deposit is required if applicable. Smoking is prohibited in the home.
