My child is in 2nd going to 3rd. I am a parent volunteer and was surprised and how most of his classmates were extremely behind on a lot of subjects for their grade level. I wondered if maybe my son should be in a more advanced class, or maybe the students in his class needed special attention. Some of the kids didn't even know how to add/substract. I hoped to place him in Gifted program, he did not make it by 1 or 2 points, but was at or above grade level on all subjects. Excelled in all subjects and great critical thinking. This is the 2nd year I notice he is on a higher level than his classmates, and frankly, I do not wish for him to have to slow down to be at the pace of the other kids. He is moving to another school for 26-27 school year. On a personal level, i had issues with front desk ladies, also, teachers (maybe its a Florida thing) are all in for their paycheck and go home. I do not see initiative to try to help out kids/parents with questions/concerns.

"In my neighborhood, It is definitely dog friendly with no shortage of dog parks and beautiful areas to take your dog on nice long walks . Lots of trees & shaded areas I’d say 90% of the people follow the rules or dog laws ,leash laws & most people pick up after their dogs . However there’s always those few that do not . "

"Fairly easy access to most the highways are very easy. 30 min drive to Fort Lauderdale international(FLL) 45 min to Miami international . The sawgrass expy literally runs on the outer edge of the community ."
