Description

In 2016 we added 1576 Sq feet to an already remodeled 1773 Sq foot house. The existing house was completely remodeled in 2013. New plumbing, sewer, electrical, and HVAC(including central AC and gas furnace). Kitchen and both Bathrooms completely remodeled with new cabinets, tile, granite counter tops, and appliances. LED lighting throughout. New hardwood floors and carpet. New windows. Our addition in 2016 added a new Master Suite with gas fireplace, soaker tub, walk in shower, and walk in closet. We also added another bedroom with attached full bathroom. The remainder of the addition is a new living room with wire surround sound and full wet bar. On the outside the entire house has new siding and gutters. A new 750 Sq ft deck. A new concrete drive connects the street to the back of the house and garage. In 2022 we tore down our existing detached garage and built a new 1500 square foot 4 car garage/shop in its place. The new garage is fully insulated with HVAC system and car lift.

Neighborhood Description

Neighborhood is quiet and has no threw traffic. This lot is at the end of a cul de sac and has no houses to the east leaving an unobstructed view of the Wasatch Mountains and Corner Canyon. Older well kept and fully landscaped homes. Walking distance to schools, TRAX station, and 2 parks.
