2016 construction in a great neighborhood. The housing development is located just off Soncy, a Main Street that has every store you'll need within 10 minutes during high-traffic hours. The house is available to rent furnished.
I have couches, a coffee table, full bedroom furniture (king size bed, dresser with mirror, and nightstand), as well as a kitchen table and chairs, and a queen sized guest bed.
Pots, pans, and dishes are all there for your use, and the kitchen has an electric stove/oven, and dishwasher, as well as washer and dryer. The house sports a 2-car garage that I keep my pellet smoker and squat rack in.
During your residence, I'll take care of any repairs by calling a specialist or taking care of it myself over the weekend if it isn't an emergency.
I cannot give tours or answer phone calls/messages until September.
Rent will be due on the first of each month (will be pro-rated the month you move in), and I will bill you for your water and electric usage the amount that xcel and the city charge me. If you have a pet, be courteous and don't let them destroy any of the furniture. Feel free to smoke in the backyard, and park either in front of the house or in the garage/driveway. I have 1gbit/s internet with no data limit that is included in your rent. I also have a smart TV but no service, so if you want to set up your own television service or stream on it, feel free to do so.
