"I would say that the community is very quiet and very peaceful. Lots of families walking, people jogging, or walking there dogs. It generally feels like a fun, safe place to be."

"The neighborhood is safe however people aren’t very friendly. Many people think the world owes them something up here. I also don’t appreciate being locked out of my own parking garage so my square can give it to other people during a tiny little festival. Not a huge fan of this area. "
