    "We have lots of events, craft and art shows, block parties etc. very low crime rates and neighbors look after each other. Holiday festivities such as fireworks on 4th bn of July and our very own golf cart parade with decorated csrts. Christmas light parade, etc."

    "Micco is a small town which consists of multiple small communities of manufactured homes. Ours is barefoot bay. It is a large community with great amenities such as a few pools, baseball field, golf course, restaurants, clubhouse which has many events going on all the time. It is not deed restricted, however, we do have 24/7 security who drive around and watch the neighborhood. This security will also notify of any homes which are letting there lawns get out of hand and any automobiles parked where it is against their policy. I like that there is someone looking out for suspicious activity day and night. The neighbors are also very much aware of suspicious activity. It used to be age restricted but is now family friendly and pet friendly"

    "There are areas that are in a flood zone. Ask before buying. Great community. You own the land, so you dont worry about rent cost rising. Hoa is 750 a year which is reasonable. "

    "Convenient to shopping, amusement cultural athletics the Indian river and beaches. Library, Winn Dixie strip mall and doctors are a bike or walk away as well as fishing holes and swimming pool. "

    "The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We moved to this neighborhood 5 years ago. The first day neighbors came bye to say hello and brought us food they baked."

    "we have community events at community center german night,Irish night, cookouts. as well 3well maintained Communiepools on sight. 19 hole golf course, club house dinning. a park, 2 lakes to view.the Christmas parade. St. Patrick's day parade. fire department in the bay as well. softball field for 60 and over league, nice field. and pub attached to pool area, music played 3to4 days a week."

    "Have visited here several times. This is perhaps the nicest area of Barefoot Bay. The pool is very close by, just a short walk, and the golf course is a short bike ride away. The homes in this area are well maintained and the neighbours are friendly."

Small farms and gardening next to Sebastian River, Indian River Lagoon, and Sebastian, as well as Vero Beach. 2 miles from Sebastian AIrport, 6 miles from Valkaria Airport, 15 miles from Melbourne Airport. etc."
