Everything is fairly decent until advisory lessons. The school would constantly push their ideology onto students, indoctrinating them, and should students dare disagree the student is for some reason crazy! Focus on learning not indoctrinating

I second the review regarding the administrators, do not send your child here if you value their futures. Abysmal administrators and maybe only a handful of good teachers. For such a diverse student body the makeup of administrators and staff does not reflect that diversity and that leads to rampant bias.

I personally enjoyed my time here. I thought most of my teachers were able to effectively teach course content and support me when needed. I enjoyed the different extracurricular programs here, and overall had a great high school experience. Of course, no school is perfect, but I do believe Maine East does very well and provides many opportunities for students to learn, grow, and prepare for life. I had never feared for my safety at school and enjoyed learning from the different cultures and perspectives that made Maine East unique.
