"Commute anywhere around here takes at least over 20-30 minutes but the improvements to the bridge exit to 288 have helped the traffic flow."

"Dog owners would love all the parks that are in the neighborhood. They also would love the spacious back yards and the beautiful walking trails. There really isn't much to dislike about this neighborhood. "

"It’s quite with a lot of parking room for company or parties and the neighbors are friendly. And there’s more than enough space in the backyard to host events, plant trees, build swimming pools, as well as fabricated buildings as well."

" There is really no where to walk your dogs. There is no side walks or dog parks in the area. And there’s always stray dogs at night, or the owner just lets them out without them being there."
