Small school experience has pros and cons. Pro is that the staff KNOW the students. Not just the student's teacher, but many teachers know all of the students, engage with them, lots of communication. Cons, one class per grade (mostly) means your student is 'stuck' with the same kids year after year. Limited opportunity for relationship growth. The programs are wonderful. Learning agriculture, harvesting, caring for animals, cooking, STEM projects. Very hands on. The PTO is small and needs more parent involvement but they do A LOT for the school. Many teachers go above and beyond for the students and school enrichment. Librarian is wonderful. If you take the time and engage with the school, pay attention to what your child is doing, volunteer and be a part of your student's school life, you will reap rewards from this school experience.

"Like any town there are pockets of good and bad spots, this is a small town with a small town feel neighbors are friendly and there is an active community of volunteers. The biggest concern I have are the drivers on Cornville rd. "

"Depends on your lot. Inside dogs are going to fair best. The wildlife, especially coyotes, can find outside smaller to medium dogs a pretty tempting target."

"Miles of maintainted trails along the riparian areas of Spring and Oak Creeks, a common building with a lending library and a pool add to the value of the homes here. The community is abutting to National Forest land so you also have the option of hiking there. The soils are good and lots of nice landscaping including large sycamores and cottonwood trees complements the community."
