We are offering our home at 9811 East 221st Street, Peculiar, MO for lease, or for lease with option to buy. It is currently on the market for sale at $179,900. If you would like to lease the home, it is $1400/month. We are offering a minimum 1 year lease, with the possibility of a 2 year if you qualify. The home is very nice and well maintained as you can see from the pictures. It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a 3 car garage. The home comes with a nice fridge, electric range, built in microwave, brand new high-end dishwasher, garbage disposal, main floor laundry hook-ups right next to bedrooms, movie room sound system, movie room furniture, and a nice huge work bench in the sub-basement storage room. The home is completely electric which saves on utility bills and runs off a heat pump in the winter. The tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. The damage deposit is also $1400 and is refundable at move-out once the walk thru is completed and there are no damages present. The tenant is also required to have the carpets cleaned before moving out. Please be ready to present proof of income with at least 2 months of paystubs and a background check will be run. It can be combined with a spouse or other adults living in the home. Only small dogs and cats are allowed as long as they are [removed] trained. There will be an additional $250 deposit on top of the $1400 if you have a pet. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Also no smoking inside please, but feel free to smoke on the nice deck and patio.If you are the type of individual, couple, or family that trashes homes and moves on to the next one to do the same....this home is not for you.
