There is a workshop with shelves, counters, and 90 amp 110 and 220 AC service. The barn is 23x20 and has an attached 20x14 carport and a 24x10 covered storage area. The barn is well constructed and rated for 240mph wind load and with all of the covered areas it could easily accommodate up 6 horses with very little modification. There is a 16 foot entrance gate and several other gated fenced pasture areas, plus more land that could be fenced for additional pasture. There is a very nice chicken coop with a separate fenced run area for them. Here is a list of all of the fruit trees and vines: pear, apple, pomegranate, persimmon, plum, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, muscadines, papaya, and elderberry. There are garden boxes in several nice garden areas so that you can grow your own vegetables. This home is truly set up for independent living on your own homestead while also having the modern conveniences that we have come to rely on.
