Comfy queen in second bedroom and single mattress in the kid's room. A bamboo adjustable standing desk downstairs makes it a great house for working from home. Well appointed kitchen for cooking. Furnishings are slightly different than those pictured.

Six month lease with potential to extend based on our employers' return to office policies. House is fully furnished (non-negotiable as we can't move our furniture out). Renter pays utilities. No pets. No smoking.

It's green; the architecture is varied by virtue of the topography; stunning views of the City abound and are perfectly centered as this neighborhood is almost due east of the Golden Gate Bridge, which also plays a big role in the neighborhood's wonderful microclimate."
