Bathroom 2017, kitchen 2019, new windows throughout 2021. The metal siding and metal roof 2023. In 2020 new hot water heater along with a new furnace. All new insulation and wiring in the kitchen and living room areas. This does not look like your normal mobile home as it is completely sided with a red metal siding. There is a fun little dog door inside the home that leads out to the fenced in yard. Down behind the home is an area that you can have fires and make a little camp site out of. Also running along and through the property is a pretty little creek. Nothing to do but move right in!!

The teachers, despite a previous review, are great and willing to help any kid who wants it. Actually, a lot of the problems in the school are students.
