"The Torrance" is a 2 bedroom ranch plan known for its distinct open and convenient flow. Entertain family and guests in the striking kitchen and spacious living area. The kitchen features a natural quartzite island and slate grey GE appliances. The large master suite has a generously sized walk-in closet, attached master bath with walk-in tile shower and double vanity. This home has an additional 2nd bedroom and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All kitchen appliances included, full size laundry hook ups in unit- washer dryer not provided. Attached garage and private patio.

There is an additional $75 a month utility/maintenance fee that covers costs tied to water, sewer, trash pickup, lawn/landscape maintenance and snow removal at 3+inches. Dog/Cat allowed: 85 pounds and under. Pet Deposit $500 ($250 is non refundable), plus an additional $30 per pet/per month with limit of 2 pets.
