Description

Beautiful home in the best kept secret (Until Now) Baymeadows Estates. Huge, wooded lots in a private residential setting. Country living close to everything. We have totally updated and remodeled the home in 2024 including extensive landscaping. There is so much new we should sell it as a new home! The kitchen is all new from the floor up including white cabinets with soft close drawers. Wonderful floor plan with the kitchen, living, dining and breakfast area all open. Very functional with a great spacious feel. The living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook all have new 24X24 porcelain white tile with tan and gray throughout. The kitchen being totally remodeled with all new appliances and new cabinets with soft close doors and pullout drawers. The back wall from ceiling to floor has individual laid 4X4 tumble rock stone with copper hood and copper tree of life back decor behind the cook top. The huge quartz island has shelves at one end for cookbooks or canning goods. The other end has four large baskets for storage ... potatoes, onions or whatever you like. On the opposite side of the island there are three cabinets for additional storage of holiday dishes, etc. The huge pantry is 36 inches across with lots of storage and pull-out shelves. Under the cook top are drawers for pots and pans. Six large additional drawers for utensils, bowls, cooking dishes. Two floor to counter, roll out spice cabinets. The entire gourmet kitchen has been made very convenient at a perfect height for cooking. New can ceiling lights added for lots of light. In the living room new ceiling fan and all new vertical blinds.
The laundry has new washer and dryer, cabinet on the wall over the washer and dryer for storage, clothes bar for hanging clothes and a folding granite tabletop cabinet with pullout shelves and two drawers for storage, cleaning items, etc.
The guest bath and bedroom across from the laundry room has also been freshly painted along with the master bedroom and bath. In addition, the entire exterior and cool deck surrounding the pool has been totally painted as well.
New water softener and pool pump. The well was just recently tested and has the purest water rating. There is well and septic, so you don't have to pay the big city water and wastewater expense. The only bills are the electric and internet. We stream with a firestick so no need to pay for cable.
We have two separate water pumps in the back by the lake. One is the well pump and the other is a pump to pull water from the lake to water the lawn.
All heads on sprinklers have been changed out and system is working great.
We have invested a large amount of money to bring this home up to date and so everything is in working order.

The roof has recently been checked and is in good shape with at least three years or more.
Air conditioner has a checkup yearly and is running in tip, top condition.
We have a great lawn guy. Another man takes care of weeds, fertilizes and trims hedges. We love both these guys. They are both excellent and very hard workers.
Some of the furniture can be sold along with the home for an extra amount.
We are certainly open to talking!
Are you ready? The HOA fees are only 150.00 ANNUALLY! This home is actually considered rural Florida just outside the city limits three miles, so the fees are much less. We have lived in other Deeded Communities which cost $140.00-$337.00 per MONTH and can actually be more depending what community!
We are in a NO FLOOD ZONE, so you don't have to worry. The insurance is obviously considerably lower as well.
Inverness, is considered inland Florida so hurricanes have never been a problem. The most weather we have experienced is strong wind and tropical rain.
