$2,200 a month. $1,800 deposit, $1,300 of which is refundable.
$500 withheld for cleaning fee. Utilities paid by renter. No cost lawn mowing service provided weekly. No smoking, no sub-letting, no multi-family dwelling, no more than four unrelated people living in house(per Sandy city regulations), no pets. Credit check and background check run with application. Application fee is $35 per adult over 18.
