Great location in a quiet neighborhood but with easy I-25 access. This bi-level home is in the final stages of remodeling with new paint inside and outside, new carpet throughout, new furnace, new tile shower in lower level bathroom and several other upgrades. Main level has kitchen, dining area plus living room and 2 bedrooms. Lower level has two bedrooms with the largest lower level bedroom usually used as a family room but could be divided in two making this a 5 bedroom home as it was originally built. There is also a laundry room that has a small kitchen area. The Elementary school is just down the street 3 blocks east and all schools (K-12) are within walking distance. The large 1/3 acre lot has a very large back yard with R.V. parking and space to build a large detached garage or even a solar farm. With the home facing directly south on a gentle south facing slope by adding solar panels on the roof and the back yard this property has enough solar capacity that you could live off the grid in town or if you care to or charge your E.V. from solar power. The back yard also has a concrete RV pad or basket ball court area. The back half of the back yard is planted in buffalo grass which only needs mowing about once a month This home very well insulated with newer windows and has a new furnace but does not have central air conditioning. In the summer heat of the day this home is cooled by a window air conditioner for the upper level and the lower level is always cool in the summer since it is partly below grade.
