It's also close to many major transportation routes: #29-211, #50, #123; #66, Fairfax Circle. Close to Blake Lane Park, a few miles to Merrifield, the Mosaic District, theaters, dining, Target, Safeway, Fairfax City or Inova Fairfax Hospital, etc. I block to the Cue bus. Central heat and air conditioning are paid through the condo which saves renter those electric bill costs.

Heating and air conditioning provided as part of the rent. This can save you over $100 per month in electric use. Renter pays a nominal amount for plug-in electric. Comcast cable available at the renters own cost.. Parking permits (up to 2 locally registered vehicles) provided.
