About this House

Single Family Home for sale by owner in De Graff, OH 43318. Home features large rooms, open floor plan and full basement with high ceilings that could easily be finished for additional living space. Kitchen (with large pantry) opens into the dining area and large living room. Off the living room is a large 21x19 deck overlooking the large backyard. The washer and dryer are on the main level. Many upgrades changed from what the builder installed in this home. Those upgrades include new countertops, faucet and tile flooring in the kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout the home except for tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and door handles are newly installed. Most rooms are newly painted neutral colors. There is a whole house wood burner in the basement that will heat the home but you can use the forced air propane as well. 3 acres beside the house is tillable and can be cash rented for crops.

GES is a school filled with teachers that care about their kids! The staff is awesome! They have had to cut back their budget over the past few years but they are still doing a good job. I only rated 4 stars because due to budget cuts there are very few field trips and the class sizes have gone up. St. Paris is a small town, but I am amazed at how many teachers are locals themselves and many have their own kids at Graham. I think that is a good sign that the teachers want their kids in the local schools. The PTA does a great job too.
