Other than that it’s a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors that I do know are all friendly. Being an affordable neighborhood for renters, we do see the occasional... unwanted neighbor now and then. Fortunately, they don’t last long. The home owners association acts quickly when a resident is deemed a nuisance. I enjoy living in this small town.
