Why this home? We will let the Sellers tell you why they love it, âOur favorite pastime while living in this home was to have dinner on the deck and watch the golfers finish the 9th hole. We carefully picked this lot because of the gorgeous view of the course and pond, also the middle of the green is actually 60 yards away on a par 4, which means we avoid golf balls in our yard. The course empties at dusk and then we have an entirely different, tranquil view."
