The Treviso Bay community has amenities galore that are yours to enjoy with this rental. A one-time transfer fee of $150.00 is all that you will pay for as long as you rent. There is a large state of the art fitness center with trainers and fitness classes of all types available, a full serve spa and an absolutely amazing resort style heated pool which is equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, chaises, and multiple cabanas under pergolas with lounge furniture. Swim under the bridge waterfalls and you'll be enjoying the multi lane lap pool. There is also an oversized hot tub, a real sand beach equipped with cabanas, hammocks and lounge chairs. The wonderful poolside bar and restaurant is a great place to gather to watch a game! And don't forget the two large fire-pits and lounge seating to gather around with your friends! The tennis center has Har-Tru courts, certified USTA staff with lessons and leagues available to join and a fully stocked pro shop. There is more Bocce Ball courts with balls available for use, a basketball court, and pickleball courts too!
For your use as a condo tenant there is also the magnificent Golf Club House with pool tables, library, bar, and restaurant with additional outside seating over looking the magnificent TPC Treviso Bay Arthur Hills & Hal Sutton designed golf course.

All this just a short 15 minute drive away from all that Downtown Naples and Marco Island have to offer-from fine shopping and dining, to endless miles of white sandy beaches.
