Single Family Home - This home is now available for a long term resident. This clean and spacious 3 bedroom home features a nice floor plan with tile flooring throughout, a 1 car garage, and a fenced yard.

The Schools zoned are: Davis Elementary, Davidsen Middle, Alonso H.S.

We do accept pets weighing 30 lbs. or less. There is an additional monthly pet fee of $25 (however, we cannot accept aggressive breeds or a history of biting.)

We are looking for a resident who will stay more long term and make the house a home for themselves.

    "Currently my commute is 25 to 40 minutes and I only live about 10 to 15 from my office building. There’s only one way in and one way out unfortunately. If you leave anywhere between 7:15 AM-8 AM, you will be met with heavy traffic, especially with kids in school and people commuting to work"
