Been more than 3 murders in the past 4 years within 5 min of this property and the crime type still has a presence here but that is what happens if you gentrify a area fast it takes time to change a whole area "

It feels safe enough that early morning solo runs before sunrise are no big deal, and you’ll often cross paths with neighbors walking their dogs. Kids play outside, which says a lot about a place.
