The house was designed by the homeowners. The rock was all collected locally. The pine beams and posts were milled in Arkansas.
The siding is all 1” thick white and red oak also milled in Arkansas.
Custom made lights from Poland and actual mid-century lights from Slovenia.

Shop has 28x30 “car” shop up front and a 12x30 wood shop behind that. 3 bay commercial sink has hot and cold water.

    "The lark nearby doesn’t allow dogs, and there are no sidewalks, but the neighborhood is still nice to walk your dog in and doesn’t have much traffic. There’s also a bike path with in driving distance that is good for walking dogs. "
