Other amenities include a newer central air unit (2019), newer kitchen counter and backsplash (2018), new basement windows (2020), resurfaced driveway (2021), walkout basement, home office, family room fireplace, patio, 2nd floor storage room, second floor storage closet, and shed. The home owner has loved living here for many years, and will miss all the wild life that frequent this property, for example, deer and turkeys. Owner just recently put down 14 cubic yards of top soil and grass seed right behind the back patio. This home is located in the Clearview Regional High School and Mantua Township Elementary School Districts. This home is closely located near Route 45, Route 55, and Route 295 for an easy commute to Philadelphia, Cherry Hill, or Delaware.

  • Trulia User
"Itโ€™s really nice to live here you can go outside. Live play work. Do whatever you need to do. Itโ€™s very nice no shouting, no arguments no police activity very few crime and it is a very nice place to raise a family. Youโ€™ll be very close to the beach itโ€™ll be very close to Philadelphia so you can easily get to where you need to, but also come home and be at a place where you can be safe at your house and not have to worry about someone bothering you in your house And if you like to go to church, you can go to church too. You can basically plan to live here for 10 2030 years or for the rest of your life you can really really plan to live. Here is really really nice to live here. I moved here from Philadelphia. I live in Philadelphia for 10 years. I was got tired of the crime I got tired of the constant headaches people taking a trash cans people putting trash in your trash cans, but when I came here, it was totally different. It was very peaceful. It was very friendly. I donโ€™t see a lot of neighbors talking to each other, but itโ€™s still very friendly here and the community is slowly starting to change little by little, but itโ€™s changing for the good it seems to beand basically what you steal on the news you will not get any of that stuff here."
  • Michaelcmartino

"PROS: Very safe, good schools, easy access to major highways, shopping & restaurants. Town park is beautiful & well kept. Rowan University, Gloucester Comm College & new Inspira Hospital nearby. Close to Philly, AC & Beaches CONS: No real town center, roads can get very congested, lots of construction. Schools are not on par with top S Jersey districts like Haddonfield, Cherry Hill or Moorestown. Taxes arenโ€™t as high as those areas but are still relatively pricey. "
  • GJP
