As someone who values education and collaboration, I found my experience at AFES disappointing. One of the most significant issues I encountered was the lack of consistent communication between staff and administration. Concerns were often ignored or dismissed, which made it difficult to feel heard or supported.Additionally, the school culture did not feel inclusive or welcoming, particularly for new or in-training staff. Minimal guidance or mentorship was provided, and expectations were often unclear. When feedback was given, it tended to be vague or overly critical without offering solutions.While the school has dedicated individuals, the environment did not foster professional growth or open dialogue. I hope future improvements can be made in leadership transparency, staff development, and support for all educational professionals.

Teachers are not very supportive. Having classrooms behind other classrooms is disruptive. Atmosphere is not very welcoming.
