7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagehi! i am a current 8th grade student at dahlstrom middle school, i think it is kind of a weird school, but overall its alright, the current front office staff are very unwelcoming though, i have noticed that. this school is also really bad at catching bullies, and most teachers obviously have their favorite people (mostly the popular kids), ive had experience with a past assistant principal between me and another girl, the past assistant principal (who is not here anymore) has let things go without any warnings or trouble, and i would say going to the principal is scary, mrs. ginn (the current principal) is very unwelcoming and uncalm when you are in her office. some of my friends have been screamed at by her before for doing something that WAS NOT her fault. and the assistant principal (mrs. gatzert) has read my reports before and told me they were not good enough for them to do anything about it, ive been here all 3 yrs (6th, 7th, and 8th) and most kids are very rude. overall this isnt a bad school, its just the staff in charge are not very welcoming, overall i’d say there are better middle schools out there, unless this is your only choice, i wouldnt really pick this school. thanks for reading this!Student Review5mo ago15 Reviews - Moe and Gene Johnson High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAbsolutely would not recommend this school. It is probably the worst school to attend. The principal is super condescending favors other students and the staff and administration do not do anything to help the students that do not feel safe or welcomed in that school. Not to mention there are drug problems And tons of fights they may seem like they are the best but they are in fact not the only kids that really have a good time there or talk really greatly about this school is the athletes it’s simply because if you’ve been in trouble one time at that school you are now targeted for the rest of your time there please leave when you can the principal will go on to tell you that the staff and administration there is very supportive want the best for their students but offer no support I’ve had administration laugh at me and smile in very condescending ways i’ve also had the principal laugh in my face.Other Review2y ago4 Reviews - Check out schools near 967 Fm.

"It’s a great neighborhood. Lived here for three years and don’t have anything to complain about. Would like to have more restaurants but it’s close enough to Austin and San Marcos"

"They’d love it without a doubt. Lots of areas for walking but on concrete sidewalks. Not so many green areas for dogs to keep their paws from burning. Only downside during hot Texas days. "

"This neighborhood has wide spaces between houses and you do NOT have to park your car on the curb because your driveway is too short like in all the other nearby neighborhoods."
