4. Keys and Access Devices: Two sets of keys and/or access devices will be provided for applicable doors, entrances, and the garage. Please keep them in a safe place. If both sets are lost, a $50 replacement fee will apply to help cover the cost of replacement.

5. Security Deposit: The security deposit is refundable, provided the property is returned in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. The cost of repairing any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit.
