Mr. Pierre and officer Ramos I don’t know if I’m spelling that right. But hey are awesome. I’ve been dealing with Mr. Pierre for two years now I have three daughters in high school . He is just great with these kids very understanding and likes to listen to the parents and the children . Tries to get down to the big issues at hand and handle things great. I had an issue with one of my daughter’s getting harassed, and Mr. Pierre and Officer Ramos handle the situation fast professionally, and everybody walked away feeling safe and happy. I know this high school has had its ups and downs for a long time throughout the years. I’ve had other children go there and I’m not gonna say I don’t have problems with some of their staff I do but I believe that with everything that’s happened that this School is trying to Bring everything to where it needs to be . To be a safe and great learning place for our children.

My son goes here he is level 2 Autistic. The first two years (pre-k) he had an amazing teacher who really truly tried to get him to his best version of himself she loved not only my boy but all the children. She did so much for them and took the time with them. This year not so much. His teacher barely says anything good about him I feel like he’s not watched like he should be. & there’s really no effort to make the special needs children feel included. ( I’m not sure if level 1 autistic students deal with the same but I’m almost certain level two and up do) anyways so he is in kindergarten they told me he will go to first grade but there’s no graduation for special needs kindergarteners and earlier this year there was field day and he wasn’t allowed to be apart of it because he elopes. & if there was alternatives they surely dint let me know of them. They just said he will be in a classroom with another teacher. & I said nothing because the other teacher was his teacher for half of year of his prek an she loves him so! I didn’t want him to go on the field with a teacher who clearly didn’t want him to be out there. He’s gotten in to more trouble this year then last. As I’m sure teachers work very hard. It’s just sad that social needs can’t be apart of tht same things because they’re just too difficult. I feel atleast give the parents the opportunity to show up and be there for their children so they can participate. It’s discrimination and my mom tried to make a post in th parents group on Facebook about this issue NO ONE ACCEPTED( the post has to be approved from the admins of the community) WHAT SHE SAID HOW CONVENIENT.

I love this school great for any child
