The ceilings in the unit is 9' and all the countertops are granite. All the closets are walk ins. The master suite is isolated at the back of the unit & features 2 sink areas in the bathroom and a shower. The kitchen boasts a large pantry & it has all stainless appliances & is furnished w/the 3 door fridge in the pic. The range is smooth top & the oven is self cleaning (you just have to turn the feature on) along w/a microwave over the range & a dishwasher. The kitchen features a breakfast bar & there is a separate dining area as well. There is a separate utility room w/a door and storage. 7' privacy fence w/covered patio area. The rear entry garage has the slope up to the door (not a step up to trip over) and has automatic door opener. The kitchen, dining, living, utility and bathrooms have vinyl plank flooring. The bedrooms are carpeted. There are 2" blinds on all the windows and there are full glass storm doors on the front & side doors. There is abundant storage throughout the unit. There is a grassy area that you are responsible for maintaining. All the front is taken care of by owners.

Tenants pay ALL utilities. No smoking allowed.

Close to Atkins Elementary and three blocks from a nice park with a pond. Two blocks from a Supermarket, and several fast food restaurants. Very quiet and secure. "

This particular neighborhood is private, with our own clubhouse, 2 pools, great neighbors, great schools, A truly family friendly, safe neighborhood. Most homes in this area are approximately 2500 to 5400 square feet. "
