Rent is $1200.00 and includes cable, internet, electric, in home laundry facilities, garbage, recycling.
The unit is fully furnished and very comfortable for a single person.
We are not welcoming pets as we have a service dog who doesn't necessarily get along with other animals in a live in situation.
We are s short driving distance to parks, shopping, library, and beautiful upriver walking, biking, and climbing areas/ Close to hospitals.
Fully furnished with a kitchen that boasts a real stove and full size fridge. All utensils, towels, linens provided. Sitting area/bedroom is large. Tv with internet and cable provided. Shared laundry onsite, full bathroom and entrance. House cleaning services upon request.
We are looking for an individual and not a couple. We are quiet and appreciate the same in a tenant.

    "There are children around but only by necessity as rent is very cheap here. It is absolutely not friendly, one of the most dangerous areas in Spokane. Prolific trash and dumping, as well as a very heavy homeless population. There are obvious signs of drug use, as well as public drug use sightings increasing. People drive extremely fast and recklessly depending on the road. Not a place for children."
