The rest of the property consists of open ridge tops and is heavily wooded on the sides and bottoms. The timber consists of mature hardwoods with oaks being primary. "Close to International Paper and only about 20 minutes from ERDC and Corps of Engineers and shopping and 5 minutes from the hospital. Great neighborhoods. YMCA close by with pool. Comfortable living at affortable prices in this area, not too far from anything."
