"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for eleven years now. I used to love this neighborhood but in recent years it has declined very noisy at night and you don’t know who is coming or going and I have chemicals in my basement from the depot factory I also had colon cancer and have had to put all five of my dogs to sleep because of the chemicals in my house."

"If going to NYC, long and strenuous. At least an hour and a half to get to downtown. Quickest route driving 15 mins to nearest train either in Wayne or Radburn. "

"I lived there for 17 years and had to leave for job reasons. You could hardly make a better choice to live whether you have a family or not. Great people, friendly, helpful. Only negative I can think of are the very high RE taxes - like a second mortgage level."
