The house is currently occupied, so do not disturb the current residents by walking in the yard or knocking on the door. But feel free to drive by before making an appointment.
The pictures show the furnishings of the current resident. However, the home will be partially furnished only, not fully furnished.
Please, no co-signers, recent evictions, or pets, and smoking is outdoors only.
The Lease will most likely begin February 1st. However, we may be able to negotiate starting the Lease March 1st for someone with a great work and rental profile.
