Home completely remodeled in 2002 and again in 2009. Original windows replaced with Milguard Low E windows. New roof, air/heat, new septic, professional landscaping. solid oak cabinets in kitchen, granite counters, tile & laminate floors, built-in computer area, computerized irrigation and rain gutters. In 2007, following the fires, we had the insulation completely removed from the attic, attic scraped clean, and R36 insulation installed. House exterior painted 2010.

Surround sound, and cable ready. All wiring has been updated. Noritz tankless water heater and new laminate flooring added 2010. New Dishwasher and disposal. Craftsman style moulding throughout home. Receipts available for all updates to home.

Very quiet upscale neighborhood, where you know all your neighbors! Perfect place to raise children, very little traffic.
Literally no crime in our area. We are also fortunate to have the fire station just around the corner.
