There is a new principal and he’s never been a principal. He will listen to a few select teachers, usually the most forceful ones. Disregards any other teacher that questions him. Rewards the troubled children simply when they behave but doesn’t really award the kids that are good all the time. His inability to lead is causing teachers to do their own thing, no unity. Teachers are struggling emotionally because they aren’t being heard when concerns are brought to him. And yes, every school has good years and bad. Struggling adapting to 4 day weeks. Kids getting out a different times has definitely caused some chaos. Hopefully next year will be better.
