9550 East 57th Terrace

This is an incredible house. It has a wonderful front porch. Upon entering the house is the spacious living room with a nice fireplace and ceiling fan. There is a nice little cut out in the wall that looks into the kitchen. The kitchen is incredible, very spacious with lots of counter tops, cabinets and a great pantry with a wonderful island in the center of the kitchen. It comes equipped with a range, dishwasher, microwave and disposal. A section of the cabinets and counter tops divide the kitchen from the large dining room. There is a door in the dining room that leads to the patios and small privacy fenced yard area. Just off of the kitchen is a half bathroom and access to the large unfinished basement. Upstairs there is the large master bedroom. There is a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom with a double vanity and large shower. The laundry area is off the kitchen. There is another full bathroom and then 2 more bedrooms up here. If you go back down stairs and out the back door it will lead you to the driveway and 2-car garage. Above the garage is an incredible carriage house. This would be great for guests, in-laws, nanny or possibly that college student still living at home. It is a studio style apartment with a complete kitchen, which comes equipped with a range, dishwasher and disposal. There is a closet, laundry room and a full bathroom. This house is a great bargain and won't be available for long at our incredible price.
