New laminate wood flooring throughout in 2015, and carpet in the bedrooms.
New paneling and paint in the master bathroom in 2017.
Newer bathroom sink and vanity in the main bathroom.
New motor installed in the furnace in 2016, and furnace had a full tune up last February.
New insulation installed in 2015 and the skirting buttoned up.
There is a small garden planted around the front porch and front of the home.

    "Move here in June of 23. I am quite a senior citizen...very, very nice. To my surprise, many seniors live here. Everyone says hello. Mgt goes out of their way to keep you informed and has pleasant surprises in the lobby. A couple of maint on the grounds all day. No loud cars, immature tenants, etc. If a 1br ap is available first floor with the C - C-Trail just feet away..Take in no matter the price, rent it...to die for. The Gym, really nice. A lot of families with children...Perfect! Dog park is always used, all dogs are on a leash. Yup...5 Stars, well done. Mack Foss"

    "Our access to main arterial is really very good. From where I live the commute to south hill is taking me about 30 minutes. It is worth it to be away from the city. If you try and avoid peak traffic times things go pretty smoothly. "
