The learning and classes are good. But the over all “high school experience” honestly kind of sucks. We have no school spirit and our themes or dances are lame and it makes you not want to come to games or activities. I wish our administration and teachers would put more effort into our experience OUTSIDE of the classroom. Because hats honestly what you remember from highschool and it makes me sad that I don’t want to go to big games or whatever because of how lame and boring they are. I WISH TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATION WOULD ENCOURAGE SCHOOL SPIRIT MORE. I would 100% have a better experience and have more fun.

This school over the past 3 years has only been getting worse, they are consistently losing their best educators and staff due to administrators always investing them for dumb reasons. They have serious student issues and would rather attack teachers for minor infractions such as "raising their voice too loud" then stop the drugs, the fights, and focus on student safety standards that they keep hiding the real data from the public. Students at the school in their own surveys when asked say, "They have no identity of belonging at the school" and more than half do not feel safe in the school. They are more focused on teaching staff infractions then they are concerned with students learning, emotional well being, and the strength of the good teachers to help students meet state level standards of learning.

Snowden is GREAT! My Son has been to several elementary schools in the Spokane area and I'm extremely impressed with Snowden. Class sizes are very small, all schoolwork is done in class (at least with this teacher), and I ask often about bullies in school and He assures me He hasn't seen any bullying. He's been to some of the "best" schools in Spokane and I'd still rate Snowden higher. Very happy with Snowden!
